"50 minutes of being on hold. Customer service lady was ABSOLUTELY AWFUL, the gentlemen in online pickup was rude. I don't know if I chose to come on an "off day' but the staff was extremely unprofessional. Got home and unpacked my online order only to find out the 100 dollar mat was damaged. Someone spliced it straight down the middle. Didn't 45 minutes trying to reach someone in the phone from this location, only for Rhonda to hang up on me 4 times in a row. Decided to go to another location for help because this place is an absolute waste"

"Surprise! Not in stock again. Every galvanized nipple but 3", not one 3/4 emt coupling. Same story every day. Why? Because these are very commonly usef and no one can figure out to order more than one box at a time."

Belinda was very rude and when I asked if she could use a kinder tone she said everyone tells her that she comes off rude and that everyone is to sensitive and that I should stop being sensitive cause she isn’t changing her tone for anyone.
