"I got home to find the chair was not put together properly or has a defect. it make a scraping grinding sound when it rocks. When you sit in it, you can feel the grinding, its aweful... I am 5'10 and weigh 150 lbs so it's not a weight issue. To add to this, the order was delayed, twice! and after half a year, the chair finally arrives right before baby is born and its a busted chair? Thoroughly disappointed this was either not caught sooner, or tested for functionality after the install. I hope these reviews matter to you guys, If you don't have a customer success department with authority, you need it for brand management. I will no be recommending this service because I care for those in my life and don't want them to spend 10 grand like I did for these results."
