"Love this location! Store manager L Morales was helpful picking out my outfits for my trip to Tulum. She was quite busy that day & I can tell she is such a hard worker who enjoys her job but she still helped me as much as she can."

"Letticia M was completely rude to my mother and I we came to do returns from Christmas gifts that didnt work out. While my mother took out receipts out I started helping her look for the numbers to match the receipts to the items we only had three items and she told us to step aside and look for them then I asked her if she could scan the receipts to the items to see which ones would match. She said no she can’t do that all she wanted to do was stand there and not help if I wasn’t there to help my mother she would have struggled herself since she doesn’t know what numbers specifically to look for. I told LETTICIA well that’s stupid that she can’t scan the receipts and she said EXCUSE ME ! And I clearly repeated myself and she told us we were holding up the line. Yes I apologize for the inconvenience but u didn’t even have to put in any work I found the items for u stupid."

"I left my wallet sitting in the cart under a shirt and when I called 10 minutes later I explained I had left it by the door near the purses and could they look. The lady said “there’s no cart by the door and no one turned it in” so I rush back because it’s 9 am and I know it’s there, I walk in and asked the girls at the front who had the audacity to say to her co worker “someone probably stole it” then I went over to look myself and there it was. Thank god. I love tjmaxx but the laziness and crudeness of the team was super disappointing . Had I not been able to come right back myself it could have been stolen and it would have taken the team just 5 minutes out of their day to help a customer and be a good person."

"I love this location in this shopping center! The prices are great and they’re getting all of their cute holiday clothing, shoes, kitchenware, and decor!! I do wish this location had more check out counters since it’s in a high traffic area, but other than that it’s great!"

"The store was littered with product on the floor and the rack were so close together it was impossible to walk around. I found a few pup toys but it was hurt to walk down the aisle"
