"The wait on the drive thru was ridiculous and my burger was cold as if it was made and was just sitting because of the wait on the drive thru and then no ice cream.. Hopefully when I come visit my daughter at PV again and if I choose to stop my visit will be much better."

"2x I’ve been here at this location and they said lobby is closed even tho it isn’t supposed to close until 11 pm! Last night when I went it was only 745 pm and they said they are closed to go thru the drive thru which I can’t do because I am on foot! Extremely disappointing! So I wasted all that time walkin over there only to bring home nothing to my family who were very much lookin forward to it! Where are the managers and the GM? Why is no one looking at the cameras at night to see these workers milking the clock doing nothing but playing around with each other or outside smoking weed or on their phones ignoring customers!!! Y’all need to get to get this shop in order or you will have to close due to not making enough money since they are turning people away and being paid for it!!"

"There is always an issue with the operating hours of this location. It closes whenever the employees decide. Pulled up at 11:45. Tbis was a surprised because they have been known to shut down around 10. Lights on and employees walking around, I sat at the speaker almost 10 minutes. No one ever came to take the order. If management of this location sees this please do something"
