"Pizza was delivered at a timely manner but pizza was raw and there were hardly any toppings and hardly any sauce plus that forgot my dipping sauce for my Parmesan bites."

"Dangerous driver Driving west on Hwy 290. Driver came off the on ramp and changed lanes immediately. Had we not slammed on our brakes he would’ve ran into us. When we tried to get a picture of the, male driver with a black with Grey in it, license plate, he sped up to 90 miles an hour. Proceeded to be very dangerous driver. He proceeded to give us unfriendly hand gestures after seeing we took a picture of his license plate. About 1130 Thursday Dec 7, 2023."

"I ordered a pizza on October 22,2023 and the manager on call (Maria) was very rude to me and did not want to give me her full name as I was trying to explain issues I was having with one of her drivers (christian). I was trying to explain how my food felt like it was tampered with and she proceeded to give me nonchalant answers. After I had already thrown up the food, I just wanted my money back. she (Maria) was not trying to help me . It’s okay . Don’t order from this location (Hempstead Texas)it seems there’s always controversy with the management and how they handle problems with their customers. The driver christian is racist and I’m starting to believe so is the management. This is the second time I’ve had an issue with this location and it’s honestly unfair. They told me to call back on Tuesday , October 24,2023, when the general manager would be at work but I just want to put the word out at this point. I’m not exaggerating or trying to start problems but these employees at this location are very rude to their customers."

"Ok Domino's great service delivery was faster than expected time. Driver was friendly and courteous our food was hot fresh and as ordered. Tried my pizza with Alfredo sauce loved it and my fried or naked chicken was great. We will definitely order from this location again 10+ easy ordering online no hassle and a great menu mix and match very impressive might be changing my favorite pizza place to Domino's pizza"

"me & my friends call ourselves ordering pizza at 10pm, the app said it was on the way at 10:30. the store closed at 12 & our pizza got here at 1230. not only that.. we ordered a sprite & the driver said it wasn’t in her car & didn’t really seem to care. how unprofessional? THEN to top it off, we opened the box & our pizza was burnt, COLD, & hard as a rock. they don’t EVER gotta worry about me again."
