"Came to Dillards to get my curbside pickup. I called and the lady said she would be out in 10 minutes. I waited for about 30 then called again and was told the lady left for the day. Terrible customer service!! Would not shop here. If you cannot go through with a service such as curbside you shouldn’t offer it."
"Employee today in the kids section around 5pm wearing glasses and a pony tail- made me feel so uncomfortable. She kept following me around and kept asking me if I needed help, there was a time I was trying a coat on my daughter and she literally just stood there watching us. I moved over to a different section and she’s said “I can get you rung out” when I was clearly still shopping, let her know I wasn’t done shopping, she stood in front of me for a good 10 seconds staring at me. I’ve heard of these stories but have never experienced it. I then went to the shoe department and the employee there greeted me respectfully and made me realize the other girl was definitely out of line. Racist if you ask me. I was the only one she was doing this to."
