"Went thru drive thru employee was very rude after assuming unfortunate decline transaction because of how she ran card and money was deducted and her response was to literally put receipt in the face of my husband since she couldn't explain anything further. Rude Rude and then she literally slams the window and says she wasn't Rude. Yup hello corporate office very inappropriate!!! Never Again"

"How hard is it to do a simple split transaction. Wanted to pay with some pocket money I had and use my card for the remaining balance. Apparently that’s too difficult for the 2 employees with no line or customers inside. Alfred I hope you see this and change both Your Employees with bad attitude, and your POS system. I’ve been a long repeat customer. And this was the worst experience I have ever had. And both employees making side comments because I decided to cancel the order because apparently it was so hard to do a simple split transaction. And it was 20$+ order not some small meal. Very disappointed!!!!!!! This just happened 10 minutes ago."

"I paid for a 20 ounce and was given a 16 ounce. Instead of redoing it. Was told the cup I got was a 20 ounce by the older Mexican lady with black hair. All cups come with a cup number (cup number on the cup I got: ST31016CP1). So I looked it up and yes it is a 16 ounce cup. Then to be charged for extra packets of ketchup. Which okay 0.10¢ ain't bad. Asked for extra tartar sauce on the sandwiches I ordered Barely got any unless the extra was on the patties. The messed up part is I bought 3 of them all of them barely had any tartar sauce. The only thing that was correct was the onion rings."

"I'd heard good and bad about Fred's before I visited so I went in with an open mind. Knowing how long this place has served the community I can only imagine the bad company they've had which made them put up metal bars for customers to order through. The fish, haddock, we're cut into about 4" x 2" squares and fried perfectly. I also got a chicken tender meal and enjoyed that as well. The place was as reasonably clean as it could be on a rain filled, busy Saturday afternoon. Good price for a decent quick meal on the go."
