"I would give this place a 3.5. I think they still have a ways to go. 1. For their sparkle mimosa, they need a smaller glass, or they need to add some type of juice with this drink because after it was poured, it was a letdown. 2. The flights need stemless glasses with a way to carry them for the servers, something like a 3 plate glass holder. 3. The plating of the food left something to desire. I had the bltea, and it was good. I just could've had better plating. 4. The look of the place and decor looked like dollar store items and plastic. Maybe look into changing out some items to make it look more upscale. All in all, I think the food, drinks, and servers were amazing. Just little things that can be tweaked to make it better. Deviled eggs were good but could use more flavor."

"A belated birthday celebration for my friend @itbedonna yesterday. We met up @mimosagossip to check it out! Can't visit a place called mimosa and not have one, right? I had the Christmas Morning, and Donna had the Lava Flow. Then we both had the Merry Christmas Waffles combo. So filling with all that food. I had to take food home! So good to catch up and great experience! Highly recommend!"

"The experience was awesome the owner Julia personally came to our table and was so welcoming and warm. Our waiter Romy was awesome he was so fun and inviting. "Yall this place is a must try! I had seen something about it on fl and had to go in to try it out, it did not disappoint!! They have over 20 different mimosas (edible glitter, flavors, edible drink toppers, you name it they have it) we tried four different ones today and they were amazing!! The service was great! I could tell they are still getting the hang of a few things but nothing short of great service (my water was never empty ;)) Food wise we did the pancake tacos and the avocado toast, both were so good I already want more! The place itself is very very clean and has a great atmosphere! Most definitely will be back!!"

"Went on the third day of being open. You have to make reservations via text. We were seated immediately and the menu was explained. Our waiter was very nice and funny. Decided to get the bagel sandwich with potatoes and fruit along With the POG mimosa. I will be back to try something different with maybe more flavor and flair. The mimosa options are extensive , be aware no food orders to go. I wish this business success because a brunch place was needed in this area. I look forward to taking more friends to try it."
