"I really have no idea what the food is like. I received a coupon with a subscription newspaper and live about a half a mile from this location. They say that they don't take coupons. PERIOD. No alternatives. This is the only reason that I had come into this store. So whatever their choices are about not taking the coupon when they are a franchise ends up with them getting absolutely no money from me and a potential customer who will never come back"

I waited 30 minutes to pick up an order that should have been ready. Floors and tables are dirty. Drink machine not working. It’s managed poorly."
