"Ordered three burgers, one explicitly plain and dry via DD app. Instructions completely ignored burger done all the way with lettuce tomato ketchup mustard pickles… Maybe it’s better in person? Wouldn’t DD again."
"The food is amazing! I ordered the cheesy and a chocolate milkshake and the fries and they are like the best place. They got it served to our table in like under five minutes and they’re like the best staff I’ve ever seen with this new management."
"I rarely give 5 stars, but this WayBack in San Antonio deserved it. I traveled for the first time from Europe to US(Texas) and the first “traditional” American thing after having 1 day rest, for me was seeking for the traditional American (halal) burgers in the city…after some google search I decided to give it a try. I went to the location, ordered my food as exited I was….. I can surely say I had one of my best (classic cheeseburger) If not the best burger I ever tasted…. Larger in size than Europe (of course) but also cheesier, juicier and the taste of beef was phenomenal. Top! Thanks to the team and the guys that made our great burgers."
"First time here. Everyone was really nice. The burgers were better than I expected. All of the toppings were really fresh. Lettuce, tomato, and onions has a nice crunch to them. We ordered chili cheese fries which were good. The chilli is kind of sweet and the chilli and cheese weren't mixed all the way through. I am not a big fan of fresh cut fries, not a knock but I probably wouldn't order fries again. Very solid burger and we would definitely go back and try the onion rings. UPDATE: My wife ordered takeout from here on 8/31. Somehow we were double charged. When she went in to pickup the order she was told we weren't charged twice, the second charge was just a hold. This didn't seem right, but okay. She was told if we were double charged to come back and they could refund us at store level. The next day the charge was still there and we went in to eat dinner and get refunded. We explained what happened to the same girl and she went to get the "manager". He didn't look anything up and as he was walking towards us he was already saying there's nothing he could do, Corporate had to handle it and refund our money. He didn't make an attempt to look into it or resolve it. He kept saying we only received one order. I don't know how he knew any of this because he walked up with his phone in hand to show how to contact Wayback's corporate office. We left and did not order anything and I will never go back to this place again."
