The cheese is like the individually wrapped cheese slices sticky and cheap .. Didn’t put any lettuce .. or tomatoes.. Which wich doesn’t take any orders in person .. Uou have to use a kiosk and you can’t see the ingredients or watch it being made .. No thanks i want my money back"

"This was my first visit to a Which Which ever and I was very happy with my visit. The young lady working was so sweet and took her time breaking down the menu for me and helped me find something I would actually enjoy. She made my visit so easy and I am sure I will be back."

"My family and I come here often, well I guess not often enough because they changed the whole menu up. We always order the BLT because it’s so amazing. Well today, when we went we ordered the same thing, thinking it would be the same sandwich. Boy, were we wrong!! The bacon was diced, there was no avocado spread, deli mustard and pepper jack. My son and I didn’t even finish our sandwiches. It tasted like straight trash!! Before, I left I talked to one of the workers and told them that the sandwich we ordered tasted like trash and that it was one of the worst sandwiches we ate. I asked when they changed the menu and she said that they changed it a month ago. All she could say was sorry, she didn’t even ask if I wanted a refund…especially with their 100% refund or money back guarantee, if you are not satisfied. Highly disappointed today and we most likely will never be coming back here again."

"came after a while and didn’t see chicken salad in menu, asked both staff members if it was still possible which they said yes, got a wrap w a single strip of chicken, called and was told that it was my fault after i had confirmed with the staff twice they could make it with chicken salad. wasted my last 8 bucks and called and was told that i got a new hire, but its the customers fault when a new staff member lies instead of asking? im basically eating a tortilla w lettuce and mustard dont go here"
