"if i could rate this location using zero stars i would. my food was made completely wrong. they used a regular burger bun on my patty melt, forgot every sauce i asked for as usual, and all of the food tasted like it was heated up in the microwave. i usually go to a different location and the food is amazing. this location is absolutely horrible and the staff are rude and seem miserable. nothing is more irritating than wanting to grab food after a long day, just to come home and realize you just wasted your money."

"Quality and efficiency has definitely dropped. Waited for 20 minutes in drive through line for food, while 5 other cars got their food. Got home only to realize they didn't put the ranch in the bag. I've always loved whataburger but ever since they were sold, they have become subpar."

"Waiting in the drive-through for 20 minutes for my food when everybody else was getting that food never again questions please you will starve waiting for the food and on top of it get home and I missing my my chili fries people should I eat burgers like this disgusting"

"Food and service is excellent, it's the cleaning products being used and the items they use to wipe surfaces that is leaving a very heavy mildew odor on the tables and floors. The floor is sticky and the tables smell like an old wet towel. Overall all is good with food and service but the cleaning of the dine in space need to be cleaned and sanitized to atlead have a good odor. I smell the wet towel instead of the food."
