"The young Latina lady who seamed very nice told me she could not sell me any bread. She said it was still cooling down. I asked when she took it out of the oven She said over a hour ago. She lied twice about her reasons for not being able to sell it to me. Lazy worker most likely saving the bread for the morning November 2nd 2023 7:20pm"
"After watching the guy on duty make the sandwiches and cash out three people in front of me without ever changing his gloves I walked out. I knew San Antonio was nasty. Apparently so are the people that work in it."
"This worker Wanda is very lazy and unprofessional I was going to order 4 Subs ask if they could rinse out my coffee cup as she was leaning on the counter doing nothing. She said after these customers there was only one guy ordering and the other person was helping him already she was literally just leaning her nasty sleeves on the cutting boards."
"I placed an order on the Subway App around 430pm one day for a 5pm pick up. My card was charged, I headed to restaurant, and the location was closed. My app said I needed to call the store to cancel my order. But nobody was at the store. I'm still going through the process to try and get a refund. If staff closes early, there shouldn't be a way to order ahead online after they close."
