"I can’t even begin to describe how good this place is… would come here during lunch break and this place has me driving 45 minutes to get dinner. Love coming here , the food is astounding and the staff is always friendly. The atmosphere is warm and inviting and has a very homey feel. I really do love this place and hope it stays and does well.. will be posting my review on every platform to ensure everyone knows how amazing this place truly is."

"We love the food here. The ambiance is usually great, but this last time we came there was a group in the corner who were friends of our waitress's boss (according to our waitress) whose kid had his tablet on FULL BLAST completely destroying any chance at a peaceful meal. When we asked the manager to say something, assuming they had a policy for this, they declined to do anything. I won't be back as they chose their friends complete lack of consideration over their other customers."

"My friend and I tried Vietnam Bistro for lunch today and had a pleasant experience. The location is off I-10 in a newly developed area with plenty of parking. The storefront and restaurant were neat and clean. There were other diners when we arrived but were seated and offered menus immediately. The dining room was clean and tidy and seating was abundant and comfortable. We ordered our drinks and meal and were promptly served. I loved the Vietnamese coffee and my friend enjoyed the iced lavender tea which came with refills (coffee did not). We both ordered Bánh Mì Thịt Nướng which is the grilled pork sandwich and I ordered a cup of broth with noodles. I thought the sandwich was good but not great. The salad or vegetables were abundant but the meat was scarce. The pork tasted dry or a bit overcooked and the portion was overshadowed by the vegetables and large bun. Dipping the sandwich in broth made it next level and I enjoyed it more by adding the hoisin sauce from the table condiment caddy. The cup of soup was really flavorful and I would not hesitate to order Phở on my next visit. We really enjoyed our visit and I will return to get more coffee and try other items on the menu. *On my way out of the door I saw a sign with specials I did not see before we ordered and I would also like to try the special items listed."

"I really enjoyed my meal at Vietnam Bistro. Friendly service and wonderful food. I had the Salt and Pepper Shrimp which was delicious. At other restaurants, they leave the shells on the shrimp so you lose all the seasoning when you peel the shrimp to eat it; but here they remove the shells before cooking and you get all the seasoning. The shrimp were very large and cooked to perfection. My friends had the seafood pho which she said was delicious. Just don't order the iced tea it was so weak, that I traded it for a soda. I will definitely be back."
