Nobody does this with the right mind to their own business unless it’s a scam. Please don’t waste your time and money with this shop, you don’t have to suffer from this. This is the 1st time I experience this level of unprofessional and doltish, ludicrous. every time I think of this order from this shop, I could only shake my head."

"By far the worst customer service experiences around. Once you make a purchase if there are any issues or defects you will 100% be ignored, and if you do get a response after endless emails, Instagram DM's etc, it will be months. They also don't replace or take responsibility for any defective equipment or manufacturing issues. Once they got your money they could care less if the product is of quality or works like they advertise. Even after spending thousands with them there is zero loyalty or care for the customer and their needs regardless of how urgent the issue is."
