"I can't really rate the food because I've never ordered from this store, but the service is outstanding! My dog escaped our fence and Michael from the store at 6319 Rittman was making a delivery close to my house. Michael got my dog to come over and gave me a call. He waited until I got there. As far as I'm concerned, Michael is the best Jimmy John's delivery person ever! Thank you Michael! You just earned my business!"

"Google mentions indoor dining. This is a drive thru and a walk in without indoor dining. There are two tables outdoors to eat at. I did go there with the intentions to eat inside. To my surprise there are no tables. The sandwich is made so well I made no mess eating in my truck."

"This is my go to location for lunch. The store is new, clean, and the staff is super friendly. I use the mobile app to order from and when I arrive to the store they know exactly who I am and I don't visit but 2-3 times a month. Ryan is always smiling and willing to help. "Santiago was super nice! No one helped us for awhile, but he was super patient and nice while taking our order. They were busy with the drive-thru and app orders, so walk-ins weren’t top priority. However, we were deciding on the orders, so I didn’t mind too much. They also don’t have a place to sit inside—only outside."
