"When they first opened, they were doing amazing. Lately, I've been having to check my bag. The whole purpose to order at the mic is so they have some time to prepare my meal and make sure they place everything in the bag that I asked for. That has not been the case. This has happened more than a handful of times. I always go through drive-thru, and customer service hasn't been the best. I don't even get a hi. Instead, I'm greeted with the person repeating my order and them still getting it wrong."

"They put almost no egg in their taco. Use to be good but now they are giving almost no portions of egg terrible morning crew. Never going back."

"Stopped by on 10/10, to pick up dinner. Asked for a small family pack and didn't realize it was brisket (I don't come here often). I took the order back inside and explained to the employee that I just needed to switch the brisket for chicken. She calls her manager to the front and explains what I told her. The manager asks if my bag contains the order and I confirm. She takes the bag and I assumed that she was just going to take the brisket and give me the chicken, but then she tells the employee to throw away the whole order. At this point, I'm confused and ask the manager if she's throwing away my order and she told me she was. I told her that I was still wanting my sides and just needed my chicken. She said that per company policy, any food brought back in, should be thrown away. I understand if the food was NOT going to be kept, but I reiterated that I was keeping the sides and it was wasteful to throw the whole order away. She didn't seem to care and decided to refund me for my order and the ring up a whole new order. I can't imagine how often this happens and to know that food is being thrown away without regard to cost or that there are people starving, just doesn't sit well with me. I don't see myself going back."

"Very disappointed in my brisket taco I ordered this morning. You can do way better Bill Millers. Threw it in the trash. Wasn’t worth going back and waiting again. Just picked up a piece and it was hard like a rock."

"I am extremely upset with this order (was a Door Dash order last night 8/13)... The paper bag was clearly leaking from the outside. Now, it was obviously the restaurant that packed it so horribly, but the Dasher could've seen this and addressed it. As far as the food, everything was pretty bland. I did ask for my BBQ sauce on the side of my Combo Meal 8, but it was completely missing from the order. Also, I really wanted the Spanish rice & green beans as my sides, but they didn't even have those. I only got the Pinto Beans from my selected sides. So my Dasher did reach out about this, and I got fries and mac & cheese instead. Regretted the fries... they were so stale and cold. I was not satisfied with this meal at all! The only reason I halfway enjoyed it was because the Sweet Tea was decent and it was cheap. I will never be eating from here, again. Ruined my whole experience for the whole restaurant. **EDIT** The customer service is phenomenal. Make sure you contact them on their website."
