"Came in about 12:40 AM to place an order. And an african american female stated that they're no longer taking orders because they're closing. Needless to say , I was very disappointed with the service because i've never had this done to me before. If you going to say that you're open till 2 AM, then you need to be open until 2 AM not closing. Or shutting down early at 1240am. I will be making a formal complaint in the morning."

"The wait is like 15-25 mins. The cooks doesn't make the tacos right. They always forget the hot sauce on tacos. Everytime I go I order tacos. The tacos don't have hot sauce and fries are cold"

"Terrible drive thru worker with the most smug and ugly attitude. Turned away at least 6 cars saying she stopped taking orders and it was barely 12:45 am ish. We all waited nearly an hour for NOTHING. Hey no problem, won't ever be back to this location. And for the worker, calm down, we know you don't wanna be there but stop trying to project your bad energy onto potential customers."

"I’d give negative stars if I could, this is the second time I’ve tried this place and once again disappointed. I ordered three breakfast jacks and got hash browns with them, all of them came out very dark looking and in mine I realized it had this dark grease at the bottom. (Can’t see how dark the hash brown was in the picture, sorry. But you can see the dark grease.went ahead and added an extra picture of my brothers hash brown that smells horrible and he couldn’t eat it.) It tasted horrible and the bag smelled of smoke. The last time I went there I ate inside and saw employees vaping near the food in the back, I was shocked but didn’t record or take pictures and I should have. I tried giving them another shot, and more then likely never will do that again. I don’t like giving negative reviews but this absolutely needed to be shared."

"Stopped in this Vance Jackson location a few weeks ago while visiting my brother. I live in Alabama but I used to really like Jack in the Box in the 90s when I lived in Texas. I ordered a Sourdough Jack in the drive-thru and couldn't believe what I got. It was the worst looking hamburger ever and did not resemble a Sour Dough Jack at all. I went into the store and asked the manager and all employees if they felt like I had received a $7 burger. They shook their head no and yet the manager said there was nothing he could do. I sent a direct message to their facebook account and somebody told me to fill out the online comment form. I'm not interested in chasing this around so I'll just post here to show you what you will get with Jack in the Box in 2022. See photos below of what it should be and what I received.
