"We come here often and Annie is phenomenal. The absolute best customer service ever. Edit March 4 2024: we got here at 5:30 am and the poor waitress, Ms.Peggy, was all alone with no cook. But she did cook us up a great breakfast. She needs a raise."

"Today was my third visit to this waffle house. my first visit was horrible The waiter name Rose was ghetto loud and obnoxious. I normally tip decent depending on the Service but that day. I didn’t want to tip her at all, but my conscience wouldn’t allow it and I gave her two dollars… my second visit was great my server name Annie was welcoming Pleasant knowledgeable, very attentive the entire time I must say the reason I return on my third visit was because of Annie I look for her to serve me anytime that I should go back to this waffle house. She made sure everything was on point the entire time…Thank you Annie"

"Quan and Ms. Peggy were outstanding! Our food was cooked to perfection, with them teaming up to ensure our to go order was packaged with care. The establishment was a bit cold, so we opted to take the order to go, but would have been happy to dine in, since the place was immaculate! I haven't been to a Waffle House in 20 years but will definitely be back. Kudos to this awesome duo!"

"We live in S.A. and anytime in Houston, for breakfast we visit a Waffle House for the food and fun atmosphere! This location however did not deliver. We were not greeted and the vibe was definitely not there. Maybe they hadn't woken up. Our waitress Ty never smiled, even when I cracked a joke to her. She placed the check on the table and walked away, no thank you, nothing. Annie was the only one that had a great attitude, talked to us, and greeted people that came in. The customers were more friendly and talkative than the staff. The Manager needs to do some customer service on these workers. I will definitely not return to this location."

"Waited forever to sit but that's normal and expected for waffle house. It wasn't any busier than other waffle house locations. Large parking lot. Staff was super nice and attentive. Next time you go get the All Star Special with scramble eggs w/cheese and hashbrowns topped with chili, you won't regret it. Trust me, their chili is GOOD, it will surprise you."
