"I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but this location makes the worst white chocolate mocha. Very watery and absolutely no taste whatsoever! Every time I decide to give them another chance, I just set myself up for disappointment."

"Go to the store 0.2 miles down from this one, across the overpass. (Unless you’re desperate and feel like trying your luck) So this is my neighborhood store. I order the same thing over and over like most Starbucks customers. They are veryyyy inconsistent with how they make my drink. When I use to ask them to make it over, I’d get resistance or an argument, so I stopped. Now I just ask for a refund and go to 1960/Wilson which is 3min dwn the street. Both stores always have lines in the morning but at least you know your drink will be made to perfection by time you get it AT THE OTHER STORE!"

"I asked for no foam and unfortunately sometimes the barista doesn't read the ticket thoroughly. Ugh"

"Food was kind of warm. Barista was overwhelmed, slow, and just looked at me instead asking if I needed assistance. It took 20 minutes past my drink ready time for me to receive my 2nd order."
