"Very good food came out fresh and hot! They even brought it out to the table!"

"We had the absolute best experience here. We came around 12pm and it was completely empty. The cashier was very helpful and patient with me as i ordered several meals for my family. She made my Strawberry lemonade right away and it was very tasty. It's a syrup so don't expect fresh Strawberry but it was very good. She also brought our shakes out quickly and they were creamy and smooth. All the food came out quickly and the order was correct. My husband got a Reuben and Half Pound Beef n' Cheddar, I got a Greek Gyro, my daughter got the Crispy Fish sandwich and we got 2 kids meals. Everything was hot and nice looking. I rarely find a meal that looks like it's picture, but these looked better! Packed with meat and the bread was nice and tender. My husband comes to Arby's all the time and even he commented on how good his sandwich was. The restaurant itself was very clean. Every table was wiped and the floor was perfect. Also, I always saw a staff member available. I don't know if this pace has changed in the last 2 months or so, but I would gladly come and spend my money here again!"

"Arby's Big game burger is terrible!!!! I have never tasted a burger that bad and only took 2 small bites and couldn't eat anymore, it was that bad. My wife said her Philly cheese steak was terrible as well and took a bite of my burger and said it was bad also. Chicken bites and shake were good but curly fries were old and little pieces mostly and fried macaroni was not good. I will not be coming back to any Arby's"
