Burger King 1874 South WW White Road, San Antonio, TX 78220

"PLEASE READ REVIEWS AND ITS YOUR DECISION TO MAKE! I order a family duo through Uber Eats. It was a huge disappointment because I didn't even receive what I order. I got a impossible whopper instead of a whopper and had no onions, and was sloppy, the meat and buns were cold. I got 2 fries instead of onion rings and the fries were stale, super cold, I got a chicken sandwich that was sloppy, chicken and buns cold as heck and burnt on the edges, I received a 4pc nugget not 8pc and didn't even get my buffalo, ranch sauce. When I called to complain, someone by the name Williams said he was a manager, he sounded high on drugs, then in the middle of explaining and complaining about the food, another person got on the phone, he claimed he was a manager too and refused to go e me his name. Eventually he did, said his name was Gabriel another one sounded high on drugs, both were laughing while I'm complaining and said it was impossible I only received 4pc nuggets and not 8pc. I asked for the District Manager name and number, he said he didn't know who it was because he was new, mind you he said he a manager right. He then tells me to bring him the food back and I explained how if that's the reason I got Uber eats to deliver it. He then began saying I was lying about the whole order. I told him this location hasn't changed since 2017 at all and hung up the phone on me. It's such a disappointment with this location. Food always cold, stale, quality sucks, quantity for price sucks, dirtiness, fryers always dirty, it's ridiculous already."

"OMG, the drive thru shouldn't be that difficult, as soon as you drive up you're ignored, then when they get to you they tell you to hold on please so you're ignored some more they haven't caught on to the concept of fast food I can't believe it"

"i ordered a burger, fries, and soda at this place. while waiting i noticed that they do not grill/cook their burger patties on the grill/stove top. they, instead, have the patties in a warmer. also, the patties are warm, not hot. i no longer go there for burgers. i go to whataburger. be warned."

"Burger King: Was looking for a cheap meal on a tight budget today, boy did I get a cheap meal! Ordered from the “ Duo” meal menu for $5, you get a choice of two from the selection, I got one Whopper Jr and a Honey mustard bk royal crispy wrap. Couldn’t be more disappointed. The burger was around 4 inches max diameter and barely warmed at all. It came with a couple of pickle slices, some shredded lettuce, a smudge of mayonnaise, a tomato slice that is almost the size of the burger which tells of the burger’s size and a lukewarm patty. The wrap was cold and included some lettuce, tomato pieces and a small chicken tender. It took the whole of a couple of minutes to devour my lunch. No wonder the “King’s” drive through and parking lots are empty. I don’t intend to bash any business and one review on my part does not reflect on the food, menu or business itself, but I do feel there is room for improvement. I will review at a later time and location to see if food quality and consistency is any better."

"Food came out super fast, but I think its because it was already sitting, or they barely cooked it. My burger bun was cold, like it came from a fridge. My meat patty wasn't hot at all, just room temp and the burger barely had any flavor. Was a old flavorless meal."
