"This Arby's is nice, clean, and the staff is consistently fast with the food. The staff even gushed over our dog once when we were in the drive through and gave him some free roast beef as a treat. Finally, the food is, of course, the delicious Arby's fare."

"I went there to order my dinner, ordered a number 1 (beef and cheddar combo). Asked for Arby’s sauce and crinkle fries. Got to the window and paid and was given my drink and asked to pull up. Finally my order was brought out and I drove home. Got settled and sat down to eat and it was a small regular no cheddar, no Arby’s sauce and the crinkle fries were so salty they were inedible! Very disappointed."

"I had a great experience at this Arby's location. The drive thru wait was minimal, the staff was friendly, my order was correct, and they even gave me an extra little bit of plain roast beef for my dogs, who were riding in the back seat. Keep up the great work!"

"Miss the old Arby's free standing location when they moved  next to AT&T store on Nacogdoches Rd.  Their Parking Lot  is akwardly placed & limited in parking space.    Inside restaurant is non-personal.   Seating is squished into small dining area  with varying degrees of table heights.  Because of the  high front counter,  none of Arby's employees, including reception/cashier are  visible to public.  Once approached counter to order, cashier was friendly & efficient.  Since I was using  'buy one get one free" coupons for the classic & cheddar roast Beef Sandwiches,  she advised me that the ham Arby Melt for $2.09 required no coupon, as well as 4 Classic Roast Beef sandwiches for $10.00.   Purchase with coupons and a Senior Discount  of  2 Classics , 2 Cheddar, Arby Melt, and 2 Apple Pies came to $13.10.   Took this handfull of   warm food  home.  The two of us  enjoyed  a tasty filling noon  meal and  have three sandwiches  left over for tonight's dinner. Arby's continues to added appealing & appetizing sandwiches to it menu."
