"Wildly inconsistent. Sometimes you get a large portion of hot, fresh food, and sometimes you get half as much warmed-over old stuff. That's why you never want to use the drive through; go inside so you can see what's fresh. They really need to standardize portion sizes rather than relying on the judgment of employees. And the "premium" upcharge policy is stupid. Shrimp used to be expensive--20 years ago. They're not anymore."
"Came in to get lunch and upgraded my bowl whilst the guy will filling up. He claimed he gave me the correct size but actually that was a lie and I paid extra for it. The noodles are very oily and the chilli prawns are not chilly at all! Basic food for higher price, no worth it"
