"I waited in the drive tru for almost 5 minutes before anyone even addressed me and there were no cars in from of me. I almost thought they were closed. Then when I am paying I can hear the manager teaching one of the workers on how to upsell the customers. We all know they do it but I don’t need to hear how you want to manipulate more money out of me. Then when I get home, I am missing the single biscuit I ordered. I called, they took my name, the manager was apologetic about it. But when I opened my wings and saw that they couldn’t even take the time to actually coat them in the sauce… like why order a sauce at all at that point. This is not a good Popeyes, I guess that is why they sent Colton there, to fix things. Either way, I rarely go to Popeyes because I try not to eat fried food but today I was homesick for NOLA and Popeyes usually hits the spot. Today I just wasted calories."

"Very impressive music choice blasting from the kitchen, some of the most trap-tastic ratchet stuff I've ever heard as we stopped in for some food after my daughter's softball game. And the colorful banter laced with profanity and "N-bombs" echoing throughout the dining room from the kitchen staff made for a questionable atmosphere at best. Trash on the floor, trash on the tables, and our table was sticky. Our cashier smootchin' up and cuddling with a girl in the dining room as we waited for our food, he wore a black shirt, I'm assuming a shift manager. Outstanding professionalism demonstrated at this visit, j/k. Certainly the worst showing of Popeye's I've seen out of any one I've been to throughout the country. There was a customer waiting to order at the counter when a slew of "F@%ks" came out of the kitchen... he walked out immediately. It took 20 minutes to get our food in an empty restaurant because they had to cook some tenders. My sandwich was warm at best. Do better."

"Whoever was working the day shift around noon today. You guys rock. The order was perfect. Not too long of a wait. Friendly cashier. Good job guys. I've been to this location a few times in the past and it wasn't the greatest experience. Seems it's being managed pretty good during the day."

"Very polite and friendly service provided by Lupe that took my dine in order. He also followed up with every customer in the store to see if their order was correct, hot and fresh. Provided customers with coupons that we could use on our next visit. The food was fresh, hot and tasty. I am very pleased with my experience and I'm sure others are as well."

"Hats off to a Mr. Dustin running the drive thru at 1pm on a Friday. He was very friendly, patient while we decided what I wanted (my first trip to a Popeyes), and he was double checking our order to make sure we received everything. We didn't have a wait - but we also got lucky and no one else was ordering! The food is great. It's rough for people working in fast food, and to receive friendly and speedy service these days is rare. We'll be back during day shift again!"
