"I did a curbside order this morning and waited for almost 20 minutes before calling the restaurant to check on it. To MY mistake, I had placed the order at the wrong location. The manager on duty assured me he would get my order ready so I wouldn't have to drive to the other location. That was so nice of him. And the workers apologized for the wait when they brought my food. I told them it was my fault. I appreciate their customer service. Hard to come by these days!!!"

"I usually don’t eat burgers, but when I do, I expect to have a fresh burger, fries and onion rings. My fries and onion rings were cold ( not fresh)not at this location. I won’t let it go next time. I will return the food promptly as prices have gone up I expect to have great food service, well return be aware ."

"I was having a bad experience using the Whataburger App, when the food was delivered, my daughter’s breakfast was not included, and I could not reach the driver. I called the store and was instructed to come and the food items would be replaced. I was pretty upset to say the least but when I got there the manager that helped me I think her name was Becky was on top of it. You could tell she was short on staff, which explains the Mistake nonetheless was able to change the whole experience To a positive one. So I just want to give her a shout out. She did an amazing job in handling the situation, thank you."

"Ordered a #5 today M,L,P only and it did not come the way I ordered. Also was not fresh to order. My cheese didn't melt. Bacon was crunchy old. I work near this whataburger and come here often and I'm often disappointed. My burger looks old and I just got it 5 mins ago lol I've had a raw pattymelt, "fresh" coffee at 11am ,was from the morning batch, black and burnt. I won't be back to this location. It needs better management."
