"Definitely not worth any stars when you drive up, see the price that is posted (8pc family, 31.99), and then with no apology or customer service worth noting, just flat out told me when I ask about it, the price is 32.99, then getting home with receipt in hand and finding no condiments whatsoever. More than disappointing, tried to reach by phone and no one takes the call. It may just be a dollar + tax difference, but it's still the principle of having posted prices and no disclaimer that they are subject to change anywhere on the board."

"Order two pieces of fish and a side of chicken piece.. Got home NO Chicken, and the fish was not even cooked all the way. Batter was still uncooked.. Very very disappointed. This is the second time in a month. Not sure what is going on in there. Going though the drive thur... Check it!! A waste of money"

"I visited Long John Silver’s for lunch today and while the service and food were pretty good, the inside of the building was smokier than a chimney. The air and smoke from the fryer were going directly into the dining area, making it feel like I was eating in a bonfire. I was so smoky that I felt like a walking fish stick for hours after I left. I couldn’t imagine how bad it must be for the employees who work there. I hope that Long John Silver’s takes this feedback seriously and invests in fixing up the building to make it more comfortable for customers and employees alike."

"I had the best visit last night. I don’t know the young man’s name but it was the 8:30-9:00 pm hour on 09/27/2023. The food was fresh and hot! The fish and shrimp cooked beautifully! And to boot, all my cold items were separate from the hot ones. It was fast, informative, thoughtful service. One to be praised! Thank you for doing such an amazing job on all of it."

"We did takeout at Long John Silver’s several weeks ago. We had two orders of the Shrimp and fish platters with coleslaw, French fries and hush puppies. The food was hot, and well seasoned. We will definitely return again and would certainly recommend."
