"Came here last week with a friend and had a horrible experience. We had to ask for the restrooms to be unlocked, and found out that they had no drinks other than coke and dr. pepper cans. I decided not to get the combo and got a burger with chicken nuggets. The chicken nuggets were even worse than the ones provided in public schools. The burger was okay, but after a 10-15 minute wait, you'd think the food would be hot, right? The staff member who took our order was sweet, but that was it. The place is extremely understaffed and management does not seem to care about the quality of food or service they provide. An elderly man had waited for his order for about 15 minutes, and was never even greeted by staff once. Just sad to see. Might as well close the location if it will be run so poorly."

"disgusting place and burgers. staff doesn’t care. Ordered a sourdough Jack with bacon for 11.78, got on piece of bacon cut in two. Took it back and manager stated the burger comes with three pieces of bacon. When I opened the sandwich and showed her what she sold me her response was now that the burger comes with one and half pieces of bacon. dont go here unless you like to be ripped off and enjoy eating slop."
