"The beloved Jack in the Box taco. So beloved that they took the liberty of substituting everything else in my order with them. Doubt this was accidental, because they replaced four items with four sets of 2 tacos."

"Super slow long wait time and the restaurant was dirty. The tables were super sticky. Also the two workers acted like they didn’t wanna help me when I came into building. This location is horrible and whatever y'all do don’t go at night you will be in line for 20 to 35 minutes and you may get hot food and hopefully your order is correct. I think they need all new workers and management."

"The tacos were great. The jumbo Jack's are getting ridiculously small considered they are called jumbo. And the onion rings weren't rings, but a brick of undercooked dough. Was very disappointing."

"First off, this is not a reflection of all the staff. This pertains strictly to the staff that worked the evening of 23 November 2023. The professionalism was absent as well as the urgency to fulfill orders. When your staff states how they don't care about how their customers feel about their service, there is a problem. How is it possible to place an order, wait for 20 minutes and the order is still wrong. Just as you (the employee) expects to get paid on time each pay day, the customer expects the order placed is the order received. As I stated, this only pertains to the staff that worked this particular night. The day staff, as far as I know, are extremely professional, well organized and seem to genuinely care about their customers satisfaction. If only their attitudes could rub off on this team, they will have a well balance unit."
