"Stopped by to grab a large coffee with my rewards points and was very disappointed with the quality, service and lack of attention to details. The coffee was cold, I specifically asked for sweet and low and creamers and got sugars with no stirrer. Had to reverse and get sweetener only to be seen by four people at the window and not one acknowledged me. After honking a few times, the young lady that started transaction gave me open packets causing sweetener to land all on my door panel and myself. They didn’t have stirrers and gave me a knife instead. No apologies and zero customer service. Do better"

"Place has many workers but one of many might do well but including cashier, she didn't complete my order and had to get my shake done right and go oid cost go up, so ty Ms lil rude missy and because of your generous efforts they go noticed. Waste of money due to poor hospitality and poor judgement."

"All in all everything was great with the exception of the lady who brings your order to the table. She had an attitude. If doesn't like her job she shouldn't be working. Then I asked for ketchup and only gave me 2. Then she came out with the tray of condiments knowing I asked for some but never came to our table. I was waiting but looked at me and walked away. I never gave her a reason to treat me like the was she did She was an older lady."
