"My wife and I both ordered a number two 3 piece fried chicken meal for dine in. This is literally all the skin and fried oily flour chunks that I pulled off of my 3 pieces. As soon as we got home we both were on the toilet calling on Jesus with a severe case of butt vomit. First let me say this. A chicken has 2 breast. Restaurants rob their customers by cutting the breast in half and counting it as 4 pieces. Second clean your chicken before cooking it. Excessive fat and skin can easily be removed, or do you all leave it all on to give the chicken the appearance of being big?"

"Waited in a long line just to pay almost $10 for a chicken strip meal that legit had 5 pieces of fries. I didn’t realize that was a small this location sucks no other bill millers has done that. SMH do better"

"Decent food. Slow at the drive thru. I remember when Bill Miller used to be fast. Lightning fast! I don’t know what happened. Covid probably got them too cautious. You can’t live your life in fear."

"Apparently this is all that $10 at Bill Miller’s gets you now a days. The salad doesn’t even go to the lip of the to go box & the amount of chicken seems like it was off of 1 drum stick. I have been going to this location for years & unfortunately it keeps getting worse and worse. Looks like Chic-fil-a it is, I know they won’t skimp on the salad. Also, with your response below it seems to me that customer service is no longer a concern for y’all. I shouldn’t have to go to the website to file a complaint. Another reason I will be taking my business elsewhere."

"I ordered carry out during the 5 o’clock rush and there was another customer who was extremely rude to the staff. I wanted to commend them for being professional and courteous the entire time. The respectfully assisted this rude and aggressive man. It was a young lady and a gentleman in a red shirt working the register. Keep up the good work! You all deserve a raise!"
