"Could've understood the wait considering how busy it was today. Extremely disappointed in the size and quality of the chicken sandwich I ordered for my young daughter. Overcooked and thin piece of chicken breast. She was disappointed since she'd been craving that sandwich all afternoon. Should've just gone to Popeyes and gotten a chicken sandwich. At least I know I would've gotten what's pictured on the menu."

"Worst Wingstop in San Antonio they don’t even deserve one star. I waited about 30 minutes for my food and the food was horrible. I got sick after eating a couple of wings. I ordered some boneless lemon pepper wings and they gave me this."

"I ordered a combo of 40 wings and a chicken sandwich. When I looked at my sandwich I noticed fungus on the bread, I had already eaten a couple of wings. Instantly I felt like throwing up and threw away everything and I called Wingstop. They told me to go to the restaurant and they would give me a refund. When I asked for the refund they told me that it was only because of the sandwich because I hadn't taken the wings. I told them that it wasn't fair because if that's how the bread was, I didn't know how the wings were that I had already eaten. The only answer was that I had to bring them everything if they couldn't do anything. Also that they tried to see the food but they couldn't completely make sure that everything was fine. And now I and my family are sick to my stomach because of them and their little concern about the food they sell."

"Last time two years ago, we waited over 90min for our food. There was nothing important happening just Friday night, since then I had stopped going to Wings stops restaurant. I decided to give them a second chance, worst mistake ever. The soda machine was out, tables and chair are falling apart. I asked for extra crispy chicken wings, but instead, I got burned soggy fries. Spend close to $80.00 to have burned fries and some raw chicken wings. Never again."

"We have been here a few times. Both times we got it to go and got the 24 piece bundle that comes with 24 wings. Fries and 3 ranches. Both times the food has been amazing. The guy in the front was so friendly and apologized for the wait. I had just ordered my food in the parking lot and didn’t mind waiting as my food was so fresh. The new gold barbecue is my absolute favorite but the lemon pepper and the boneless buffalo were all good as well. They have the best ranch. I can’t wait to go back again. If you want some delicious wings give this location a try. 5/5 thank you again."
