Church's Texas Chicken 1615 Bandera Road, San Antonio, TX 78228

"Haven't had church's for a while. We bought an 8 piece with mash, Mac and cheese, fries and the honey butter biscuits. I'm a huge fan of church's but this time I was not happy at all. The chicken had zero flavor, mash was good, Mac and cheese was more like soup super watery, and the biscuits where not even cooked all the way they were white not golden brown. We spent 30 bucks on a disappointment. Don't know if I'll ever go back!!!"

"About $52 in change worth of Church's Chicken this afternoon about 4:30 if I get home they forgot the extra large fries which are overpriced jalapeno bombers which are overpriced so I go back to go get the items they forgot and not did anyone ask me sir would you like to complimentary drink or an extra bomber no customer service whatsoever it's a shame been going to churches since I was a child with my grand grandparents and then I get home what the fries they forgot that were priced and the bombers that were priced and that's the only thing that was actually hot out of the whole meal I don't think I'm ever going to go back to this location has been there for God knows maybe 40 years honestly it look like a bunch of stoners working there eating all the good chicken and messing up on the orders cuz they're too stoned to figure it out"

"I’m so disappointed in this business, I go in to ask for specific chicken that’s Cmg out from the fryer the employee says all chicken is the same so I was forced to take what they chose to give me, biscuit had no Honey Butter I was assured it did because I asked I don’t understand how employees can treat customers like this so now I will contact Cooperation!"
