"I visited this place twice before, I had great experiences, and told all my friends about it. When I was craving for their fried Chicken, I came to visit 2 days ago. This time it was not that good. I ordered 6 pc combo, original and spicy 50/50. There are 3 pieces spicy chicken. 2 pieces tasted same like original, no spicy at all, the last piece was hot like crazy. I can’t even had the second bite into the piece. My mouth was burning. I guess the spicy batter was not stirred evenly. So some pieces had no flavored, some had too much spices. I went to told the cashier about it. She said “Our chicken is hot.” But the 2 of 3 pieces are not spicy at all. “I will tell the chef.” The chicken was really greasy, oil dripping greasy! You can taste the old oil on their Fries and chicken. This is not the same place I visited before. Not sure the management changed or cooking procedures changed. But not the same Freshly lightly fried tasty chicken any more. I would choose Raising Cane over this for sure. Disappointed!"

"So is it worth the drive from Austin to San Antonio (2 hrs)? YES! The family road trip to experience Jollibee was a success. The gravy is on point, and the chicken crunch shakes the building as you enter the juicy, tender, well-seasoned meat. The spaghetti has a sweet hint, and the Italians may hate, but we are here for it."

"We picked up dinner here tonight through the drive-thru. There were no other vehicles in line before us so no wait in ordering. We ordered the 6 piece Original flavored Chicken Joy Bucket Bundle which came with regular mashed potatoes and a large gravy and Adobo rice but we were given an order of white steamed rice instead. We also ordered 2 of the 16oz pineapple juices and 2 of the Peach Mango pies. The Chicken was good, not overly greasy and hot temperature wise and the pieces were pretty large. The Peach Mango pies were very good as well as the Pineapple juices. We will definitely return again to try other dishes and the Chicken spicy flavored. Would recommend."

"The food here is good. I had the chicken and spaghetti.... the chicken was a little bit over cooked and looked like it had sat under the heat lamp for an extended amount of time. The brown gravy was a huge salty savory savior for the chicken. The spaghetti was a treat... it had chunks of wiener in a rather sweet sauce, which i didn't expect but played well with the others. The cheeseburgers are reminiscent of a white castle but have a rather unique taste. The service needs help... it wasn't horrible, but once they serve you, they pretty much forget about you"
