"Food was good and fresh all made to order..my only complaint was one of the service food girls kept bitting her nails and chewing her fingers. That is pretty nasty when dealing with food. Name started with a L but can't recall it. She didn't handle my stuff or I would have probably refused. Definitely need to train on hygienic things like that."

"Been to the original on Toepperwein several times and liked it. Was anxious to try this new location on Nacogdoches, especially since it’s right by my office. Got the Biffinator Burger combo. Biffinator Burger 8/10 - I’m a bacon snob so the thought of double bacon was intriguing. The bacon quality is legit. Bacon is NOT the same. This was good bacon cooked right. The burger patties were seasoned good and cooked to perfection. The Biff sauce was very tasty and added a little oomph to the flavor profile. The burger as a whole was very good! Choice of French Fries, Tots or Onion Rings. French Fries 5/10 - just mediocre fries. Nothing special. Service 8/10 - the staff was very friendly. They are new so the training was still going on which is fine. Atmosphere 8/10 - cozy atmosphere and decorated nicely. Very chill spot. Two separate levels to eat plus the outdoor space. Cool spot!! Overall 8/10 - I definitely recommend this burger joint. They do however serve other items besides burgers. Keep in mind, parking is tight though."
