"The person running the drive-thru went too quickly and made me feel like an inconvenience. Even though I told her what to take off 2x, she still put the order in incorrectly. (There was mayo on my son's burger, and he hates mayo. Even scraped off, he could still taste it, and we had to throw it away.) When I got to the window and she handed me the drinks, I told her I had asked for no ice on all of them. When I asked her to switch out the drinks for no ice, she looked so annoyed. If she had gone slower and listened when I was ordering, that wouldn't have happened. Anyway, I feel like BK's food quality has gone downhill over the last year. My own burger ended up in the trash, too."

"Hi just to be aware most of the 1 star reviews are true very long wait times 30-1 hour of waiting for a single meal. i come here often since it’s in the area and i noticed they constantly undercook my royal chicken sandwich almost 50% of the time or have it raw yes raw…. and the fries are cold to be expected… not a surprise sometimes the drink machine is flat.. a lot of things need to be changed here.. also only 1-3 workers are on duty anyways.. (This is what happens when your staff team is literally half high schoolers that have no training)"

"I went this evening to Burger King. Have not had one in years. It did take a while but it was worth the wait. The fries were really hot. The service was terrific in terms of the staff. Service with a smile from both the person who takes the cash and especially the guy who was at the delivery window. Personality Plus."

"Service here needs a major overhaul. Made an order on the app, got the restaurant 15 mins later, told me to give them a minute, and 30 mins later, my order was still not ready. There is zero communication within the employees. No one greets you as you come in. You just kind of stand there and wait to see if someone will acknowledge you. I had to leave because I was on my lunch break and was not going to be late because this place couldn't make one single burger in an appropriate time."
