"WOW! This is the first word that comes to mind and not in a good way. I just came from 529 Fair Ave, San Antonio, TX 78223 location and it wasn't a good experience. I don't know where Popeye's gets its chicken nowadays but it's pretty bad. Although it's still crispy and spicy. The chicken pieces lack the quality for the price and the chicken sandwich is far different from when they were competing with Church's and KFC. Pics are of 2 chicken thighs and a chicken wing compared to a regular leg. The staff is another bad review of its own. Sorry, Popeye's see you in another 6 months. Should give me ample time to forget this visit."
