"Left here today, was not happy with the guy at the window. We all know drive thrus take forever, it's even worse when you're behind someone who doesn't know what they want and keeps asking questions and takes forever to order. It's annoying as hell. Took almost 15 minutes to get an order of large fries. At this point I'm annoyed, but it's not anyone's fault it just is what it is. The thing that pissed me off is when I get there and I hand over my card to pay, the guy asks me if I had a problem. Did I throw my card? Was I rude? No, but you can tell I'm annoyed. That is not what you ask customers. You made whatever annoyance I was having even worse. Who asks that? I wasn't complaining. I was quiet and just handed over my card, no attitude either. But your guy felt the need to ask if there was a problem, in a not so nice tone. I'm never going back to this place."

"The Arby's on New Braunfels has the best and friendliest drive through employee. I wish I remembered his name. We went at a busy time and we had to wait for our food, which I never have a problem with because I know my food is being made fresh. But he still apologized for the wait and offered us some cookies. ❤️"

"We had a deal on our app that wasn't working and the kind cashier couldn't help. We went out to our car and the GM personally came out and offered to help us out. He was so nice and the service and food was great!"

"Went there received wrong order they refused to give me money back took the sandwich back after 1 minute they didn't refund my money its there fault l eft the order there and will never return very bad service,manager didn't know how to do a refund stated his gm manager Roland said no refund. Obviously they need really needed those 6 dollars. Terrible service will call corporate on Monday. Thank you for the terrible service. Stay away from this place."
