"First, let’s start with the positives they had absolutely delicious Thai tea and sesame balls. We ordered fried rice, the fried noodles and noodle licious with beef and soup dumplings. All of that for a grand total of about $65. Everything except the two items I mentioned to start had absolutely no flavor. The soup noodles had raw meat in them, un edible. Half the broth required for the beef Ramen dish was given so you had wet noodles at best. Definitely not Ramen sitting in broth at all. The fried rice was some of the worst I’ve ever had. The frozen fried rice from Sam’s Club wins over that. All in all we’re super disappointed. Hopefully the owners can take this review and realize that they need to put a bit more effort and seasoning into their dishes."
"Salt and pepper tofu is a plus. Service is very good. They accommodated my need for non spicy because I’m sharing with my toddler. Ordered dim sum and they were very tasty. Shrimp dumplings and egg tart buns. Cold sesame noodles can be more sesame-y and less sweet and sour in my opinion. Loved it all in all. Will come back."
"I absolutely loved trying True Noodle for the first time. My boyfriend and I ordered: Takoyaki, Veggie Spring Rolls, Tofu Pad Thai, and Szechuan Beef. Everything was delicious, and the portions were absolutely amazing. I tried taking pics of everything before we starting eating, but it all smelled so good we dove right in! The service was also just as amazing as the food. The hostess was so nice and thorough with our order. We will definitely return!"
"Because I didn't realize that Lin's Express was taken over by another place since September, I was surprised to see the new place. I went through the drive-thru and ordered the beef noodle soup and cold sesame noodles with chicken and a lychee milk tea with brown sugar boba. The soup is quite fragrant and the beef and chicken are tender. These noodles hit the spot! The young lady was super nice and got the food quickly to me (took about 10 min for my order). The inside of the place looked the same as it did before. I don't know if they are planning on renovating it or not. But I am super excited to try the rest of the menu since they also have a few dim sum options, other noodles, a few more authentic Chinese dishes and poke, which sadly I was going to order but they ran out of salmon. I shall return to try other menu items!"
"What a great little surprise. I've driven by here many times and I thought maybe I just kept missing it but the young lady said they're actually only been there about 2 or 3 months. She did say that there were other locations in town and have to find out. Mary was incredible from the moment she said hello, great service from the beginning through the end. My first bite of the fried rice I wasn't sure if I liked it. It just tasted a little different. But then I took the second bite and thought maybe it's just me LOL. My friend and I both really enjoyed it as you can tell from the picture they actually put egg in it and it looks a little more like the traditional fried rice. I had the jalapeno beef the meat was incredibly tender lots of jalapenos really delicious. My friend had the orange chicken. They said it was a little chewy but worth every bite. Really like the egg rolls. We also tried the crab puffs which I thought were really great, they had a little bit of a sweet flavor to them couldn't put my finger on what it was but it really added to the flavor. My friend on the other hand didn't like them because of that sweet flavor. And then we also ordered the fried dumplings. Also really good we both thoroughly enjoyed those. As you can tell we ordered like it was going out of style, but the portions are so good we're going to get at least two other meals out of this. It's not on my particular beaten path, but I will definitely make my way there again."
