Subway

"Ordered on the app and got the notification saying it was ready. When I got here the worker was in the back and the order wasn't started yet. So I stood in line and they took another person's order before starting on mine."

"I felt very uncomfortable when I came here to get some food the worker who made my sandwich was so disrespectful and asking me what kind of men I was into and what raced I liked. Very very disturbing. Never coming here again Ps. My underage sister was with me. She was super uncomfortable."

"I dont know what is up with these subway workers off babcock. Every time I walk into the subway, these workers are rude. No customer service skills at all. They ignore ur questions and have attitude when u tell them ur order. I walkways eat the same thing at Subway bt manage to pay different costs every time. How do I pay for 2 meals the same price I paid for 3 every time I come. It's very upsetting."

"Came with my son & been waiting since 9:00pm and it’s already 9:40pm rn and they close @10pm so the fact no one come out to help us and when I yelled a couple times no one came out and they had a customer eating in the waiting room and nothing and more ppl are coming in and no one’s helping them behind the counter SO EDITED ‼️‼️‼️ So from 9pm -10pm We stayed till someone locked the door cause we petty well thankgod we stayed cause no one came to the door so we went next door to the bar and got some help to see where the subway worker at and me and my best friend and my 4 year old son went to the back to see if they are in the office and we heard something mumbling on the freezer and the little girl who looked like a teenager was LOCKED IN THE FREEZER SINCE 9pm !!!! . At the same time her ride ( mom, sister ) came in and took over but the employee looked scared and her arms were RED and her fingers and lips were different color . SUBWAY DO BETTER !! 2 or 3 ppl working at night shift !!"

"IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD. I should have read the reviews for this location before hand…. The staff was incredibly rude & acted as if it was an inconvenience for them to do their job. When I walked in the two employees were both in the back no greeting, for they were chatting away. Fine, no big deal…Finally the blonde lady took my order. She seemed bothered by me even asking her to customize my sandwich. I asked for extra olives which I did not know was going to cause an argument with the African American worker who wasn’t even making my sandwich. I asked the blonde woman three times to put more olives until the coworker yelled at me for asking for extra. I told him to charge me extra for it which I would have had no problem with and he yelled back saying “THERES NO WAY TO CHARGE EXTRA”, which is not the customer’s fault. At that point him arguing with me over olives was just pathetic. As the CUSTOMER I made it right and just said, “I’m not arguing with you over a sandwich.” I didn’t even finish my order for I just wanted to get out of there. I always tip at every subway I have ever been, but the lack of customer service really showed and I did not. In the same setting that man was being rude to the lady behind me in line because of her accent. I mean if you hate your job man just go home? I’ll be taking my business to the 6422 Babcock Road location. I’d rather go a bit out of my way but get treated well!"
