"Not sure about this location anymore… I used to love it here a few years back but now it’s not good. I choose a burrito and I originally wanted steak but when I tell y’all it look raw I mean it was RED! I should have honestly walked out after seeing that but I just went for the chicken as it looked like the safer option. Rice was mushy and everything was just cold. Last time I spent my money here it’s not worth it especially in this economy."

"Worst service I have ever received. Today is my birthday and I have nobody in my life. I wanted to redeem the free medium burrito that was offered on their app, and after over 30 minutes of struggling I couldn't get it to work. Called the store and a staff member told me that the offer is only good in the app. The same app that wouldn't work. He was argumentive and rude the entire time and interrupted me several times. Never again!!! All I wanted was one nice thing on my birthday, but as always, it's asking too much. Absolutely the worst."

"Freebirds never fails! Sooooo good - better than chipotle (yes I said it) and the chips and queso are so freshly made! Lots of options, we just recently tried the birria yummm so juicy! Definitely a place to recommend eating"

"First time here. I didn't eat but my son did. He said he gives it 5. Next time I'm gonna actually try something!!! They were very patient with him ordering his food and explaining how everything works, did not rush or have an attitude for him being decisive. We appreciate this kind of service."
