"I went to get some tacos that total 2.20. my total was 2 dollars &25 cents . I gave the lady $2.25 and she started me like hwllo you need to give the correct change. So I was not in the mood of anrguing. She looked at me and I go out well what’s the total And she repeated the total I gave you the right change. You didn’t said OK give me back the quarter and I gave her $.50 and after that she became extremely rude and said next time pay cash or debt. well duh I did pay cash iin cash, it was only 2 dollars.. for being an old for hiring older people and not knowing the correct change maybe you guys should take a class and counting money because or get your calculator from your phone act like you’re scratching your leg and put out the calculator and do the math. I thought the computer itself the register will tell you exactly, but in her brain she didn’t get it. I called yesterday to report her. I have no need for woman to scream at me for $2.25. So if you see a lady that’s Hispanic or Mexican she’s fat or thick with black hair that’s the one."

"This is NOT a review of the team member who took our order, she was friendly. There is no restroom, no ambiance, nothing. Fries were mostly cold, hard or chewy dead, taco sauce recipe is bland, watery, insignificant. What has become of Jack? Just No."

"I picked up a DoorDash order from this location Friday evening. The staff was not friendly at all. They were out of sprite so they just gave the customer Ginger ale, but never said anything to me. I just happen to notice through the lid of the cup, that the beverage was too dark to have been sprite, and I asked about it. I went inside to pick the order up. No one was around. I had to call out to get somebody to come to the front. They acted like I was a nuisance to them.. I was friendly to them, but after the way they acted if I want Jack-in-the-Box, I will not go to this location I will go elsewhere ."
