"Sooo, apparently "fresh cheese" vs. "not fresh" is an up charge at this location. I will have to read up on the meaning of this one. As I continue to order, I notice a sign on the register, which reads, "Bathrooms and Lobby are closed". It wasn't until I was about to seat that I was made to understand what the sign meant: you are welcome to come inside, purchase our maybe not fresh food, while we pretend to have a drive thru that does not exist and a Lobby you can't use. Thank you for your patronage."
"Like why would anyone serve a customer this burnt and dried out bread? It was supposed to be Italian herbs and cheese, but the pic shows what I got. This was a online to go order. Literally couldn't eat our food. Had to transfer 2 footlongs and 1 six inch to buttercrust bread. Waste of money"
