"So I came to chili's today on 281 and I had the best experience ever the hospitality. The smiling the patience and understanding. The bartender and the two managers Brandon sarah And Jill made our time at chili's the best that we've ever experienced and I was having a bad day because of a situation somewhere else and just the smiling and the concern made my time at this restaurant the best, and I'll definitely be coming back with my family the food was amazing and the service was extra quick thanks for everything"

"I Live very close in the area so realistically, I will be back. My experience today really irritated me. I waited for over 15 minutes in my car for curbside after I had checked in immediately. I had to go into the restaurant in order to retrieve my food where I found it sitting on a shelf. I waited for about a good five minutes to see if anyone would assist me. Several people walked by me. Several people can see me from the kitchen, because that is where the back pick up desk is for to go orders. And no one said anything. I even seen the manager walk by me. Finally, I had to ask the young lady by the bar to send someone over for help. What really got to me was I asked for a large thing of pickles and was told that I would be charged for it. there was nothing not even a Sorry to accommodate me for my weight and having to get out. The manager and the condescending voice asked if I had checked in. Which I did and showed on my phone. There was no apology for that as well."

"The service was surprisingly improved. Keep investing in your people coach then up. Granted this isn’t the four seasons be cognizant that people spend their hard earned money to bring their families here. If you can bring that degree of humility I’m sure it will be returned to you 10 fold. It starts at the top. I’m extremely appreciative of servers and although bringing plates out to people seems easy, dealing with them may not be. Always be the bigger person it’ll pay dividends in the end. That said, I wish I had my servers name it was last Friday young man with some aviator rx glasses. Although he was too young to know what a Tito’s and tonic was he was brave enough to openly admit that and quick enough to realize the bartender would know. Had a lovely dinner the food was also surprisingly fresh my daughter’s chicken tenders were so moist! I recognize this experience is the result of a collective effort so to you all that evening , kudos! The train ran on track so keep doing what you’re doing."

"I had a coupon for a free appetizer with a purchase of an entrée so we went to @chilis to redeem. Hubby and I both had the Presidente Margaritas, and Dad had Lemonade. We had the beef nachos for our free appetizer. Was thinking we were getting ground beef, but it was sliced beef instead. Dad had the Chicken Bacon Quesadilla. I had the 4-piece Chicken Crisper with mashed potatoes and street corn. The mashed potatoes were for Dad. Hubby had the Fajitas, which he demolished. Evan was our server again and did a great job."
