"I literally waited for 15-20 minutes just to place an order in the drive through. A few employees saw me waiting at the window but seemingly just ignored or acted as if I wasn’t there? It felt like no one wanted to help, and was just a bad experience. Wouldn’t recommend coming here if they’re even slightly busy to be honest."

"Drive thru customer service is horrible. The gentleman taking my order was rude and when they forgot my jalapeño. I told him "excuse me, you forgot my jalapeño". He says "you didn't want one!" I replied "I did, may I order one". He brings out a half rotten orange jalapeño and says "it's on the house". Great thanks... for nothing."

"I’m not one to leave google reviews but the rudeness of the young blonde lady helping me and the hubby was astounding. She didn’t say mean things but her demeanor was rude and she looked at us with annoyance on her face. She had us pull up, cool no biggie, but then she just sat the food on the car window seal and started walking away and we had to catch it. Overall her customer service skills are lacking and I’m not sure if she was having a bad day but I would never treat customers the way she did us. It made us feel bad that I was ordering at a fast food place."

"I love the chicken here. I get the tenders every time they are fantastic. The sides are not so good and the dipping sauces are bad - I use my own but here’s why the two stars. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen. The drive through is a joke. The drive through guy dressed in dirty jeans and a work t shirt wouldn’t take my order until my car was in the exact spot he wanted. He did this to several other cars. They don’t even have a window they come out take your order then go back and get it. When I go in to pick up it’s just as bad. I was treated so rudely I complained to the manager. He said it’s San Antonio take it or leave it. Not going back I don’t care how good the tenders are - I’ll go somewhere where I’m treated better"

"I build roads and the whole crew go here everyday for lunch. The manager knows us and is always good to me and the guys. Place is clean and food is always great. Get the managers special! It's cheap and great portions."
