"In the past I would have rated this store a 5 based on the excellent customer service and attentiveness I had received whilst shopping there but one by one every colleague that I was used to seeing was let go or parted ways with what has become a joke of a store. I used to be greeted every time but the last time I visited all I saw were groups of what I can only assume based on name tags and earpieces worn were colleagues because not one even left their loud conversation and laughing riots to come assist me in fragrances. I had to then walk over to jewelry to a taller Africans American man who was leaned over the cases on his computer for assistance. He seemed so annoyed and like he’d rather be doing anything else than assist me at one point even calls someone over to take over so that he could return to his cellphone. I will not be returning, everyone worth shopping with at this location I found out does not work there anymore and it doesn’t seem like they are instilling the same values into their replacements. It’s sad I was really beginning to love this store but good things never last it seems :/"

"Worst customer service EVER! Know you can place 1 order with multiple items & need to go pick up each item separately! No where will that be communicated but 1 order 1 pickup not necessary an option. Then Macy's will communicate vendor problem & no options to do anything but if your telepathic & contact them to extend pick up date but never getting communication that that is an option."

"Ashley Capehart was such a jewel! This lady helped me feel so pretty for a Christmas party the other night!!! I should of taken pics but i didn’t because I was busy being so happy and feeling gorgeous! Seriously she took her time from behind the desk/phones/security to help me buy the heels I needed and the makeup to pull it together. Thank you to your team. I’m sorry I do not remember the lady who suggested Dior rouge. You nailed it! Was so pretty. I’ve been raving about this place and your team and store is amazing!"
