"I used to love going to Taco but now the service is lousy the food is not what it's supposed to be. What happened to your five-dollar bowls I asked about them and the girl acted like she didn't know what I was talking about. I tried to get her to help me get a vegan Taco Bowl.. just salad black beans and add guacamole. It was a really hard to order this because she was just not cooperating. I visited several of your locations and I'm finding they all need attention. Please hire extra staff so that we can order in a timely manner."

"Absolutely disrespectful employees working. It’s not the customers fault your system is old and we shouldn’t have to provide another form of payment when chip cards are supposed to be inserted. Update your systems and retrain your employees to have better customer service. Will never return and will tell others of the poor service provided here today. My bean and cheese tacos didn’t even have cheese."

"Multiple things were wrong with my order. Tortillas were quite hard. My friend was charged extra to have lettuce on the side instead of on the taco. Customer service was poor. You have to go get your order rather than them bring it to you and there was no music playing. Taco Cabana has really gone down hill."

"This is my favorite Taco Cabana location. Staff is always friendly and courteous. Going through this drive through is like going through a spiritual awakening. Mercedes was fantastic and an absolute charm to hear over the intercom. Her voice serenaded and satisfied my ears like the food did my stomach."
