"I eat here a lot in Plano, my first time at this location in San Antonio? The chicken was pink and chewy NOT Done was on the road so could not return it, not that i could have after taking a bite of raw chicken. They were very busy but there is No excuse for raw chicken."
"Saw one of the workers touching their lips and mouth with her hands then touching the fresh tea dispenser so gross she had all pink on and manicured nails glad I didn’t get tea this is how people speed pathogens"
"Had to make a last minute order to feed students at a school event. They were so accommodating and kind. The managers and staff quickly pulled it together and brought smiles to kids faces and saved the day. We will be Canes fans for life. Look to them for catering/event needs."
"Got the Caniac combo sorry if I offended you but I ate the fries quicker than the chicken fingers (not really a fan of the sauce and coleslaw) but excellent chicken fingers and fries sorry again but the fries are my favorite part of the meal but I like the chicken too one small question did you change your hours because it is usually 10:00 you open but google and Apple Maps say 9:00 is it true because if it is not true you need to update your hours also the toast is awesome so I’d the drink in the photo I ate all my fries half of the chicken coleslaw was not opened didn’t get to eat my toast yet but I have been here before a lot so I like it closest canes if this one was not opened the one in Leon valley would be my closest canes also former Mexican restaurant turned canes so thx for opening this canes easier to go to not much wasted fuel as the Leon valley one and this is located at bandera point thx again"
"It’s usually hit or miss but today was just the worst experience across the board we have had. First of all it wasn’t busy in fact it was extremely dead, no other cars in drive thru. The girl on the intercom was rushing and cut us off before we could ask for our extra sauces or the large drinks, didn’t say can I get you anything else, just said total and click. So we drive up to the window and my bf asks for the large drinks because he wasn’t able to order them. We usually get the post Malone cups so he asked if they had them and she pointed to the sign and said it says it right there. She was obviously annoyed and had to redo the order and before even finishing paying they handed us the food which cool, it was quick but it’s never that quick. So we get home and no wonder it was quick. The chicken was lukewarm at best and hardening already. The fries I swear taste like straight old oil, no salt, no potato. Just oil. I had one and spit it out it was so bad. Toast was okay, not warm but tastes like normal toast. We usually go to this location because Alamo ranch is so busy but yikes. Oh and best part, I don’t know what the girls name was because she didn’t give us our receipt. Pic of food so you can see how pale and soggy fries are"
