Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

"My family frequent this Red Robin and we have been relatively pleased. Unfortunately, this last time was not so. Blame goes mostly to the service. Our waitress was nice but the service she provided was subpar. The entire time we were there, she never offered to refill our glasses with water. Red Robin is supposed to have unlimited fries. Previous waiters just automatically bring the fries to us or at least ask. This waitress never did. Us asking the first time was painless. The second time we asked, seemed to annoy the waitress. The fries she brought weren't crispy like the first ones. On the contrary, they were almost undercooked. When we asked to speak to the manager, the manager told us that it was due to a different batch. But when she brought us additional fries, they were just fine. I doubt she opened a "different batch" just for us. We paid full price for our meal and left. I wonder if the other locations are any better."

"See picture, I got a Tavern burger no bun, since I try to eat less gluten occasionally. Lettuce wrap burger was very good and I didn’t feel stuffed afterwards. Bar tender was nice to chat with. Thanks Red Robin for the free Veterans Day meal!"

"I was so excited to try y’all’s burger. I cut it open for my little one and I and it was pink. You’d think all the controversy on meat, they’d make sure it’s cooked all the way. Idk if this is standard for y’all but it was disgusting and it went straight into the trash. Whatever Cook is working right now 11/7 @5:30p needs to be retrained."

"What a great place to get a burger. Going through the reviews I see a bunch of others stating that the food was a small portion. I just didn't see this, but size of dish really depends on who is eating it, in my opinion. We got a couple of burgers and the tower of donuts at the end. Great food, very fast delivery and amazing taste. We will definately be going back to this location ."

"Red Robin is one of my go-to places when I want a really good burger along with an ice cold brew. They have quite a lot to choose from on their menu beyond burgers, but I rarely get to their other selections. The new Scorpion Gourmet Burger is big and messy with lots of stuff (I advise asking them to go easy on the aioli or putting it on the side), but it is definitely a good addition to the menu. It starts out seeming not too hot, but by the time you are done your mouth and lips will be burning. Be sure to order that 22 oz. beer to go with it or a frosty shake! For the gourmet burgers, you will pay a little less than at most casual sit-down restaurants and they do come with endless fries. If you go for one of their Tavern Doubles, those are a heck of a deal at under ten bucks and they also include the endless fries. I just wish they would bring back the Fiery Ghost Tavern Double, but the Scorpion Burger or the Burnin' Love Burger will do in the meantime."
