"Consistent at messing up your order. Of the two times I ordered there they messed it up. First they split the ranch cups I paid for all over the bag, second time they didn't even include the ranch cups I pay for. Get it together Wingstop Im paying too much money for your screw ups."

"It takes a lot for me to leave a review, but we order here pretty often and learned a year ago that we had to physically pick up to make sure our order would be complete because every time we order something is left out. We decided to give them another shot hoping it had improved but shouldn’t be surprised it didn’t. Had to go back to the store to get the rest of the order and staff doesn’t offer one apology or barely even acknowledges me to begin with except for the one girl snickering in the back. Girl on the phone even hung up on me when I called to tell them I’d head that way to get it. We will find a new go-to wing spot."

"If I could give this place 0 stars i would. I’ve had to go back to this place twice now because they forgot something in my order. My husband picked up my order for me and they forgot my wings. I had to go back and request that they make me my wings. I also wanted my portion of my food remade because when I get home it’s going to be cold. They refused and told me I would have to go back home to get my portion in order for them to remake it. This was ridiculous since I already had to go back to get the rest of my food THEY FORGOT TO MAKE!!! The man I talked to had an attitude the entire time when I told him it was their mess up and they should remake my food since I’m going to go home to cold food. Staff has no customer service skills and they always have an attitude. And on top of that the wings they remake were drenched in sauce and they probably did that on purpose."

"I ordered from DoorDash and the dasher who picked up my order wasn’t paying attention and grabbed someone else’s order. Adam and manager were trying to get someone else to deliver my food but DoorDash was being foolish. Even though I stayed without lunch I appreciate they tried to at least take care of it."
